How long does shipping take?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your package directly.

Alternatively, you can track your order directly on our website by clicking the "Track Order" link in the navigation menu.

If your tracking number isn't updating after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@driris.hk with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our product, if the outer protective plastic film is opened or torn, the item is deemed as "used" and cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. What is the warranty for my DR.IRIS device?

DR.IRIS offers a 1-Year Free Replacement Service for defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. If your device malfunctions within 1 year, we will provide a free replacement.
How do I start a warranty claim?

If you experience any issues, please email us directly at support@driris.hk. Please include your order number and a short video showing the issue. Our team will verify the problem and process your replacement quickly.

Before sending the email, we recommend scanning the VIP card inside your packaging box first, as this will help us confirm your warranty benefits much faster.
Can I return or exchange a used device?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for devices that have been used, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. We only offer exchanges for defective items (no cash refunds for defects).
What should I do if my device arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, the shipping label, and the device, and email them to our support team. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

Are DR.IRIS devices safe for home use?

Yes. Our red light therapy mask is FDA-cleared 510(k)[K253054] for safe, at-home use. It is designed as a non-invasive, painless treatment. When used according to the instructions, it delivers therapeutic light doses calibrated for safe and effective skincare.
Are there any side effects of using the mask?

Red light therapy is generally very well-tolerated. Some users may experience mild, temporary redness immediately after use, which usually subsides within a few hours. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend starting with the lowest intensity and shorter sessions (5-10 minutes) to see how your skin reacts.
Who should not use this device?

We advise against use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking photosensitizing medications, or have a history of skin cancer. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult your physician before using the device.

Is it safe for children or the elderly?

The device is intended for adult use only. We do not recommend use on children. Elderly users can safely use the device, but should always follow the recommended treatment guidelines.
Are there any precautions before or after treatment?

Before use, ensure your face is clean and dry. Remove any makeup or skincare products. After treatment, apply a gentle moisturizer if desired. Always use the included silicone goggles to protect your eyes from the bright light.

How often should I use the DR.IRIS mask?

We recommend starting with 10 minutes per session, 3–5 times per week.
The mask includes three automatic timer settings—5, 10, or 20 minutes—so you can adjust based on your skin’s needs and comfort:
New users or sensitive skin: Begin with 5–10 minutes to assess tolerance.
General maintenance (radiance, texture): 10 minutes is ideal for most users.
Targeted concerns (wrinkles, acne-prone skin): Up to 20 minutes with consistent use over 4–8 weeks.
For safety and best results, do not exceed 20 minutes per session, and always allow at least 24 hours between treatments on the same area.
Is the mask wireless?

Yes! The mask is completely wireless, powered by a rechargeable 2000mAh battery, it supports multiple treatments per charge (approx. 18 sessions based on 20-minute use). You can use the smart controller to adjust settings and move around freely during your treatment. It fully charges in under 2 hours via USB-C.
